- 1 pattypan squash (approx. 1 kg)
- 300 g minced pork
- 2 tablespoons oil
- a little Vegeta
- pepper
- marjoram
For on top:
- 1 cup sour cream (30 % fat)
- 100 g Edam cheese (45 % fat)

Anleitung
If the pattypan squash is tender, it need not be peeled. Cut off the top, scrape out the core and precook. Brown the minced meat and season with a very little delikat, pepper and marjoram, then stuff the squash with it. Coat the top with a mixture of the sour cream and cheese, place in the oven and bake until done.
