Pineapple mousse

Zutaten (2 Portionen)

1 can of pineapple in its juice (canned), without the broth

1 lemon

2 tablespoons honey or sweetener

2 egg whites

Anleitung

Drain and cut the pineapple slices.

Add lemon juice and honey.

Blend everything until you get a homogeneous mixture (if you want it to keep the texture of the pineapple, don’t beat too much).

Beat the egg whites with the mixer with a pinch of salt until they are fluffy. 

Add on crushed pineapple and mix gently with the egg whites and a wooden spoon.

Divide the mousse into individual containers and refrigerate for a couple of hours. 

To present the mousse you can add on pieces of pineapple on top.
